This SDI Elite 40mm Showa DU piston bushing conversion kit is designed for Showa 40mm shocks. It aims to reduce friction and maintain consistent damping performance throughout the life of your oil. Standard piston rings often wear significantly within the first 5 hours of use, leading to a noticeable change in low-speed damping.

By replacing the stock wear band with a slick DU bushing, this kit ensures more stable and predictable suspension behavior. It helps to prolong the optimal performance of your shock absorber.

• Replaces stock wear band with slick DU Bushing
• Greatly reduces friction
• Creates consistent damping over the life of suspension/oil
